With more than 25 years dedicated to designing, developing and launching brands and branded experiences, Scott has led major initiatives for many great companies including: AOL, IBM, NBC, HBO, ESPN, BBC Television, Microsoft, and UnitedHealth Group.

His passion is health care innovation--with a special focus on improving the patient-experience and facilitating self-care through technology.

David M Nichols

David specializes in turning customer experiences into business value. He has a demonstrated track record of bringing inventive yet practical solutions to complex business problems--particularly within quickly changing market spaces. 

A former UnitedHealth Group executive, David led the development of an innovative new business, UnitedHealth at Home, from ideation to $10M funded business case and then to commercial launch and operation. 

Prior to UnitedHealth Group, David held senior roles in corporate development, Internet solutions consulting (eMarkets/ trading extranets), and sales force development. David started his career leading employee benefits delivery projects for Hewitt Associates. David received his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and his BA from DePauw University.
